Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Retail Trader Press respects privacy and aims to use only the information necessary to operate its publishing activities and internal software tools.

1. Scope

This policy applies to this website and to internal tools operated by Retail Trader Press, including tools that connect to third-party services through official APIs for the purpose of publishing and managing Retail Trader Press content.

2. Information we process

This static website does not intentionally collect personal information through account registration, forms, advertising trackers or analytics.

Where an internal tool connects to a third-party platform, it may process account information and content made available through that platform's API, such as account identifiers, boards, Pins, titles, descriptions, links and other content required to perform the authorised publishing task.

3. Pinterest API use

Retail Trader Press may use the Pinterest API to access and manage content belonging to its authenticated Pinterest business account. This may include reading its own boards and Pins and creating or updating its own Pins and boards where authorised.

Pinterest access tokens and similar credentials are used only to authenticate authorised API requests. They are not published on this website and should be stored securely by Retail Trader Press.

4. How information is used

Information obtained through authorised integrations is used only to operate, maintain and improve Retail Trader Press's own publishing workflow, including selecting boards, preparing content and publishing content to accounts controlled by Retail Trader Press.

5. Sharing and sale of data

Retail Trader Press does not sell personal information or API-derived account data. Information is shared only where necessary to operate the relevant service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or where the account holder has authorised the disclosure.

6. Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect credentials and other information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.

7. Third-party services

This site or our internal tools may link to or interact with third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, applicable data-protection law may give you rights relating to personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion or restriction. Requests can be made using the contact method published by Retail Trader Press on the platform or service through which you interact with us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, integrations or legal obligations change. The current version will be published at this URL with its updated date.
